This weekend I’am reviewing the hotel “Golden Tulip Center The Garden” located in Strasbourg, a 4-star hotel from the famous hotel chain “Golden Tulip”. Close to the historic center and 7 minutes walk from the train station, this hotel is designed to accommodate both tourists and business travelers.

This 4-stars hotel offers a spa area with a swimming pool, a steam room, a sensory area, a gym and a massage room ! Great !

Is this hotel as good in real as it seems ?

As soon as I enter the hotel, I am immersed in a incomparable plant universe : massive plant walls, starry sky and decoration inspired by nature itself. I’m under the spell already. The staff is very professional and even offers me a welcome bag full of beauty products.

The “Golden Tulip Centre The Garden” hotel Suite

I’m lucky enough to review one of the most luxurious suite of the hotel. It occupies the sixth and last floor, with an open terrace, a nice rooftop as I usually like with a solarium part and another part with seats and a table (perfect to take drink or read a book in summer). The suite is large, it could almost be confused for a private apartment. Its decoration is an invitation to travel with a vinyl wallpaper that occupies a section of the wall above the headboard, in a flowery pattern that recalls the name of the hotel chain: the tulip. Composed of a living room with TV, a bathroom with a view on the bedroom (possibility of closing the curtains to have no view on the bedroom, this option is great), and a room with another TV.

At first glance this suite is perfect…

The bathroom of the Hotel Golden Tulip Strasbourg is very functional and very modern! I really appreciate the double basin and the two mirrors, it is useful when you are staying with someone else !

Breakfast at the “Golden Tulip Center The Garden” hotel

A very full breakfast buffet is served. I insist on the “very full” because I have rarely seen a hotel that offers so much variety in its buffet! A divine choice is available to you: pastries, a selection of local cheeses and charcuteries, eggs in all its forms, pastries and cakes, seasonal fruits and local products, cereals …
The good point is that you can have breakfast in a cozy interior or in the garden that reflects the interior decoration, both intimate and charming (or in your bedroom). Vegetation and ecology play an important role in the decoration of the hotel.

The indoor pool at the “Golden Tulip Center The Garden” hotel

I book my SPA session for an hour, when I enter the SPA I find myself immersed in a case of totally relaxing nature. This space is composed of a swimming pool, a hammam, a Physiotherm cabin and a gym (which is available 24 hours a day).
A massage cabin is also available.
The Spa make it seems like you’re in a magic wonderland place thanks to the starry sky it has, I close my eyes and I’m totally relaxed.

My review of the “Golden Tulip Center The Garden” hotel

In summary, I absolutely loved the “Golden Tulip Center The Garden” hotel! The concept of the Golden Tulip hotels is totally successful! I also like the organic signature of the establishment with special attention given to local products. In the minibar for example, a regional drink that resembles to Coca-Cola named Elsass Cola is available and at breakfast the “Moi Moche et Bon” juices are iconic products of the young Alsatian economy.
