My honest review of the Belloy Hotel in Paris
Located on the South-Bank, in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, the Belloy Hotel is a magnificent 4-star boutique hotel, perfect for lovers of old Paris.
The Belloy Saint-Germain hotel in Paris has 50 comfortable rooms and suites, punctuated with literary and artistic touches to recall French elegance. Literature is everywhere in the reception room and provides a feeling of serenity and well-being.
The hotel has a bar which is located in the lobby. You will also have a choice of champagnes and cocktails to find and enjoy an intimate and /or friendly moment. The ideal location of the hotel makes it stand out from other along the banks of the Seine. You are also close to Notre Dame Cathedral, the Louvre, the Pont des Arts, the Pantheon and the Musée d’Orsay.
We arrive in the hotel with a quality welcome, the room has a balcony overlooking a 360 view of Boulevard Saint-Germain, we are amazed at so much beauty and privilege (despite the bad weather that day). You should know before going to this side of Paris that the district of Saint-Germain is the most expensive district of Paris (6th district). We are immediately conquered.
The hotel is easily accessible by public transport so you feel safe walking around at night. A grocery store is nearby if you want something for your room and there is plenty to do in the area. A great hotel for solitary travelers, families and couples.
The bed in the room was very comfortable. Everything was very clean and despite the minimal size of the tub at first sight, it does not bother us so much and we quickly succeed in lounging in the bath, Nuxe products are highly appreciated because of their high quality.
The highest quality of this hotel remains the location : near the Latin Quarter, bookstores, the Sorbonne, St Germain and Notre Dame.
